Weight Loss and Wellness Center is looking for an outstanding Medical Receptionist with great organization and stellar customer service skills to add to their practice in Newark, NJ. This award winning medical office has helped many patients transform their lives and is passionate about helping more do the same!
As a Medical Receptionist, you will assist with pre and post operational care. You will collect documentation, schedule surgeries, and prepare patients for their appointments. Experience in a medical office setting is preferred!

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients
- Screen and answer phone calls
- Schedule patients' appointments and surgeries
- Provide patients with pre and post-operative instructions
- Update patient information into electronic medical records
- Other medical receptionist duties
Requirements
- Experience in a medical office setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Basic familiarity with EMR systems
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
