Do you have a caring personality, great customer service skills and are ready to learn? Dr. Jennifer Kao is looking for an Optometric Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. If you are interested or willing to be trained in optical practices, we want to hear from you!
To be a stellar Optometric Receptionist, you will need to thrive in a customer facing environment. You will help pre-screen patients, answer questions and update file information. Ability to speak Chinese is a big plus, but not required. Training will be provided!

Responsibilities
- Screen and answer phone calls
- Input patient information and update files
- Perform preliminary testing on patients (will be trained!)
- Assist patients throughout the visit
- Other optometric duties
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly attitude and willing to learn
- Ability to speak Chinese a bonus, not required
- Willing to work part of Saturday
