Are you ready to take your medical career up a step? This well established Med Spa is looking for a stellar Medical Spa Receptionist!
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the warm face to greet and welcome guests. You must provide excellent customer service and manage all front-end duties. Experience in a medical spa setting is preferred. Interested in the field of aesthetics is a bonus!

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients
- Screen and answer phone calls
- Assist doctors and associates pre-procedures as needed
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients
- Update patient information digitally
- Other Medical Spa receptionist duties
Requirements
- Experience in a Cosmetic Surgery practice, Med Spa or hospitality industry preferred
- Able to adjust to a fast paced office environment
- Professional and able to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
