- Experience working with workerÃ¢ï¿½ï¿½s compensation, personal injury cases, setting up appointments and obtaining authorizations, or medical billing is a plus, not required
- Strong multitasking skills to handle all tasks such as confirming appointments, scheduling new patients, and checking patients insurance
- Excellent telephone skills to schedule patients with heavy call volume from referral sources
- Strong communications skills needed to manage front office
