As a dental receptionist, you will be the front office of a small dental office with 1 dentist and no drama! Looking for a friendly team-player who is self-motivated, fun and outgoing.

COVID-19 considerations:
Pine Lake Dental Care takes COVID-19 precautions very seriously to protect their team and their patients. Plastic barriers have been installed at the front office to separate patients and staff. Staff and patients have every precautionary measure to protect them.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls
- Presenting treatment plans
- Scheduling recall and restorative appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Taking temperatures
- Maintaining the lobby
- Collecting patient copays
- Confirming appointments
- Email correspondence
- Faxing and scanning
- Other basic front desk duties etc.
The Rockstar Candidate Would Have:
- Dental experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience with or ability to learn Dentrix, digital office
- Friendly team-player
- Self-motivated, fun and outgoing
